They grow

Andrew suddenly gets an idea. He uses his power, focuses on her breasts, and they grow. Only slowly at first. Jessica thinks,

-Oh, by bra feels a bit tight.

She adjusts her bra, and tries to shake off the thought. Her breasts then start to grow faster, increasing in size, and she starts to notice.

-Oh god, what is happening?! I hope no one notices!

That was quite the contrary, boys in the class started to stare, and her breasts right past a B cup. They filled her bra, her nipples pushing hard against her shirt and bra, poking right out, clearly visible. Her breasts start to bulge out her bra, and her shirt starts to tear. She was at least a D cup now.
