Surprise Inspection

Just then, the the bell above the front door of the bar rings, and everyone turns to see a female werewolf dressed in a professional blouse and skirt, holding a clipboard. "Hang on a moment, ma'am." Said John as he was wiping down the bar "It's been a slow night, do it might be a few minutes before we can serve you. "
"I'm not here for a drink." Said the wolf woman as she showed John some ID that said "Janet Fenrir: Health Inspector" "What happened to Larry, the other inspector?" John asked, and Janet shrugged "They don't really tell me about my predecessors, say it's not my concern. Anyway, I'm here to inspect your establishment for any potential health code violations."
John rolled his eyes, he knew what she was here for when she showed him her ID. But he wasn't worried, he made sure the bar was always in top shape. He let Janet go about her business, and not five minutes into her inspection, she called him into the storage room, where to his surprise and horror, she had found the beginning signs of mold in the ceiling.
"You know I'm going to have to report this." She said, which deeply worried John. He worked two jobs, as the owner of the bar, and part time as a police officer for the city. He relied on both his sources of income to pay his bills, and if the bar was shut down, that was a good chunk of money he would loose. "Can't we come to some sort of arrangement?" He asked, to which Janet replied...
