Saruyama had the perfect idea. He'd heard of a rare medical condition that some women could have that gave them super giant boobs! And even better, there tits would never stop growing! To a teenage boy like him who loved huge boobs, it sounded like the best thing in the world!

Of course, he didn't stop to think for one moment that it was a serious medical condition. Why would he? All he could think about was inflating the disciplinary committee's prez's boobs up like balloons!
