Saying this makes your cat give you a weird stare...
That's when your ears start to tingle and move higher on your head while your cat's ears wander a bit down and a few tingles later you got cat ears with white fluffy fur on them on the top/side of your head while your cat's ears are all human, but smaller.

Now your cat starts to meow very much and quite loud while you just repeat "I understand nothing" after lots of useless meowing she stops and...
