She opens her eyes to see where she is and sees that she is in some basement. She tries to move around but found that she couldn’t. she looks at herself and sees that not only is she naked but she was tied up her arms were resting on each other and rope stretching across he arms to keep them in a box shape. She tries to move around to see her legs and sees that her legs are also bound. Her ankles are tied together with multiple layers along with her thighs.

Good you are awake” she hears as she looks over and sees Naruto looking at her.

“Naruto-kun what is going on,” she asked.

His response was to spank her. He then said, “This place is my play house where I work on my darker desires. You see I like to tie people up and break them into the perfect slave.” She looks at him in shock. “Since you said you will do whatever it takes to be with me it is your turn. Do you understand?”

“Yes,” she answered. He spanks her again.

“When we are alone you refer to me as master in public you may call me Naruto-kun. Now for the initial training I will be gaging and blindfolding you,” he said. He then goes to her and puts in her mouth a big red ball with a lot of belts on it. He then starts to reach around and secures the belts onto her head. Attached to the belts was a blindfold so she can’t see. In a moment of panic she tries to activate her byakugan but found that she couldn’t.

"I have sealed you chakra. Now which hole to begin with" he said as he gets behind her.
