After perhaps half-an-hour passed, Simba was about ready to be on his way, when Rafiki came down from his tree and said, "I need to ask you a few questions."
"You know what's up with me," Simba asked eagerly.
"If my tests are right, then, yes," Rafiki said, obviously troubled, "But I'm not sure they are."
"Why not," Simba asked, "what do they show?"
"They show you as, well, being pregnant," Rafiki said.
"Pregnant," Simba exclaimed, "but I'm male, it's impossible to-for me to be...isn't it?"
"That would be my opinion, yes," Rafiki said, "which is why I don't trust those tests."
"So do you think it could be dangerous," Simba asked.
"I don't know sire," Rafiki shook his head, "I really don't know."

"I don't disagree with that," Simba said, glancing around nervously even though he was sure they were alone, "I guess we'll just have to see how it develops?"
"Won't it be dangerous," Nala asked, concerned, suddenly fearful of the idea of losing her mate and king.
"I hope not," Simba replied, "but even Rafiki isn't sure."
