You manage to manoeuvre perfectly, and land right on the corner of Stacy's lip. She moves her hand to rub you off, and you use the opportunity to hitch a ride down to the counter top. Stacy pushes her stool in and leaves the kitchen after placing her dishes in the sink. After watching her go about her business in the room, you decide that you need to take action. You can hear feet coming down the stairs, and are able to ascertain that it is one of Stacy's daughters. She probably goes to your new school, so catching a ride on her would bring you one step closer to getting back to normal.
Her bag is near the front door, and it's safe to say she'll be taking it with her to school. On the other hand, you might not make it all the way to the front door in time, so a more passive approach might be considerably wiser, and more convenient.
