"Hey y'all! you new here?" said a plump teenage girl approaching Conner.
"Yea I just moved in." Conner replied. noticing the girl's immodest outfit which consisted of a tube top and very short cutoff jean shorts.
"Well welcome to the neighbor. I'm Betty." the chunker introduced.
"I'm Conner." he answered.
"Tell ya what Conner, y'all should come over this evening, and I'll introduce you around. Kay." Betty said giving Conner a smile.
"Sure sounds great, I'll see you tonight." Conner accepted the invitation.
