Ranma wanted to kill Shampoo right now. So did Cologne, for that matter.
In a desperate attempt to get Akane out of the way, Shampoo had drugged a meal she was preparing with a special drug that was a combination super aphrodisiac and fertility enhancer. UNFORTUNATELY for Shampoo, the meal in question was in fact being given to Ranma. Unbeknownst to the amazon, the Tendos, Saotomes, and Ukyo (who had given up finally and accepted that she and Ranma would be 'just friends') had finally had enough and had made Akane take cooking lessons, her food quality having improved dramatically. Ranma enjoyed the meal tremendously, and ate all of it.
Shampoo, who had been watching, was horrified. She tried to run in to administer the antidote (Cologne insisted that she carry antidotes to any of her poisons at all time), but before she could even let her presence be known, in a painfully comedic series of events that normally only happened to Tatewaki Kuno, she was knocked out by a random brick, then a thrown TV, then a thrown bicycle, then a thrown kitchen sink.
To this day, she has been unable to figure out where all that stuff came from.
Ranma, after enjoying the meal, doubled-over immediately, his veins showing on his body, a sign that he had been drugged so clear that even Akane couldn't deny it. They tried to help him... but no one noticed Shampoo and her antidote until it was far too late.
The first thing he did was grab Akane and take her off someplace private. The drug made his body secrete a pheremone that made any woman who was exposed to it be overcome with desire, and Akane found herself giving in to Ranma's desperate, lustful advances, the powerful martial artist fucking her so hard that she was left dazed and unconscious. Nabiki, Kasumi, and Ukyo were the next to be fucked silly by Ranma, all of them left in the same room with Akane. Happosai, at this point, noticed what was going on and decided to 'help,' stealing all the clothes of the women and hiding them. He then guided Ranma to Shampoo, leaving the amazon in a blissed out heap like all the others, and then took him to the Kunos. Kodachi was the next to fall to Ranma's lustful advances, the room starting to get crowded.
Then Happosai made things worse, revealing that he knew what was affecting Ranma. The reason he was so insane with lust is that the drug wasn't made for men. It was made for women. And to fully relieve himself of the effects, he had to go female and let a male have their way with him. Ranma would normally never consider such a thing, but in his lust-maddened state, he was desperate for some kind of release. He went back to the Kuno Estate, not knowing where Ryoga and Mousse were at the moment, shifted to male right in front of Kuno (to his dismay), and began to seduce him, desperate to have his cock inside her. Kuno was conflicted. For one thing, the love of his life and his worst nemesis were the same person, and she was acting sluttily towards him, normally a turn off. But the 'guy' part of his brain was overriding his common sense and his sense of honor, FORCEFULLY telling him that the girl of his dreams was here and literally begging on hands and knees for his cock.
He gave in, and began to lustfully pound the eager, willing Ranma. She gladly accepted him in her cunt, her mouth, and her ass, practically coating herself inside and out with Tatewaki Kuno's cum.
They both collapsed afterwards, extremely tired. Ranma had enough energy to get dressed and trudge home, collapsing in the private place with the other girls, who were all sleeping contentedly.
The next day, Kodachi was woken up and had the situation explained to her. (She was... conflicted by the revelation of Ranma and her red-headed rival's connection, to say the least.) Shampoo was beaten resoundingly about the head by Cologne, and Ranma, apologizing to all the girls for losing control, went to clean up.
Her shrieks of terror when she didn't change back to male could be heard across the entire town.
Ranma, in full homicide mode, stormed down ready to kill Shampoo and Cologne (Mousse, despondent, had left the country after hearing what happened to Shampoo), and then invade their village in China and single-handedly slaughter every amazon there. Cologne, after figuring out what happened, became somber, declaring a total defeat on their part due to Shampoo's stupidity. She then explained the full nature of the drug.
"It's not just an aphrodisiac, it's a fertility drug. A powerful one. All of you, Ranma included, are pregnant now," Cologne had said.
Ranma was horrified, while the other girls didn't know what to think. Kuno, who had arrived to explain to Kodachi everything, was uncertain about what to feel as well. Then Cologne dropped the second bombshell.
"It is with regret that I inform you that each Jusenkyo curse has a specific trigger that will make the change permanent. For the Spring of the Drowned Girl... It's becoming pregnant. I'm sorry, Ranma, but you will never be male again," she said.
Ranma fainted.
A week later, Cologne left for home, abandoning Shampoo. She closed the Cat Cafe, and declared Shampoo banished from the tribe, stripped of her rights as an amazon. As further punishment, she was declared that Shampoo would be the personal slave of the Tendos and Saotomes for the rest of her life. Soun and Genma were uncomfortable with this, as were the Tendo girls and especially Ranma, so Ukyo, who, despite everything, felt a little sympathy for Shampoo, took her in as a second servant/employee to work alongside Konatsu.
The male kunoichi was grateful for the help, and while serving customers, Shampoo had her usual cheerful demeanor, but by that point it was a front, as Shampoo had become severely depressed by her exile.
Ranma, meanwhile, was still having trouble dealing with the ramifications of what happened. She was pregnant now. This wasn't supposed to happen. And to make matters worse, it was a Kuno heir. AND she was still feeling overly horny at times.
