History records that the furless creatures had called themselves "Humans", although this might have been due to misunderstanding the sounds that a few of them had made when the Pack first encountered them - Hu, Um, and An - which might have simply been sounds of puzzlement, surprise, and perhaps even fear. In any case, the name stuck - the word human was applied to the furless creatures. The humans had also given a name to what the members of the Pack were - Wolves, but again, this might have been a misunderstanding of "Big", "Hairy", or "Scary".
What matters was that the Packs soon settled on the planet. As for the native furless creatures, they had many different reactions - ranging from worshiping the Pack members as if they were Gods, to attacking them, and being captured, to avoiding the Packs, out of fear. Despite some members calling for the complete capture of the creatures, and others calling for their extermination, Supreme Pack Leader had made it a policy - the creatures were to be left alone, providing that they hadn't attacked first. The creatures were not to be mistreated, citing Pack Members experiences at the hands of the Abductors, who had once thought themselves superior to the Pack.
Of course, this policy didn't stop the furless creatures from attacking, but Supreme Pack Leader had made it allowable to capture those that had attacked. It seemed that seeing several of their own being devoured whole and alive took the brunt out of the attacks, as did the sight of seeing captured members of their groups being brought back up, safe, and alive. After a while, the attacks dried up, and soon, the furless creatures merely followed the Packs when they hunted.
In time, understanding was made. In time, the Packs and the furless creatures hunted together, and worked together, though it wasn't easy. In time, the Packs taught the furless "Humans" their story. They then started to build. Then, they learned how to train together, making new weapons, in case the Abductors ever came back. Sometimes they even lived together, and it wasn't unheard of for lonely Pack members and lonely humans to mate with each other, although no offspring was ever produced. It was found that the humans had an interesting flavor, and that some humans enjoyed the experience.
However, there were those who broke the rules, and other troubles. Different organizations were made to try to keep the peace, and pass on understanding, especially as new discoveries were made.
