Babyfier Babying Lilo

Experiment 151 was designed to reduce world-leaders on alien worlds into babies in order to have societies fall into chaos without a solitary world power available to maintain control of it. Lilo and Stitch managed to re-purpose 'Babyfier' into giving old dogs a new lease for life in the shelter, but it wasn't satisfying enough for him. He had no qualms about regressing dogs mind you, he enjoyed his work with them. But he strongly desired for at least one human companion, the Shelter-lady wasn't for him as she was needed to have him keep his job in the first place, so he decided to go for his reformer: Lilo.
