Bob Duncan knew his body pretty well. But when he got on the scale in the morning and it weighed 230, rather than the normal 220, he was surprised. He wasn’t trying to gain weight, but he was! He then went to measure his waist, and it was 37 inches rather than the regular 36. When he put on his shirt, it felt tighter everywhere. Bob felt amazing, he felt like he could eat a horse and lift a ton. He was starving, so he raided the pantry. He ate, and ate, and ate until everything was almost gone. What he didn’t notice was that he was gaining weight and size. His waist slowly grew from 37 to 42, and his whole body expanded. He wasn’t only gaining weight, but muscle too. His big, beefy biceps strained against his shirt, and his gut pushed his shirt out and above. He had now had abs, but it looked like a roid gut. He unconsciously loosened his belt, slowly to the very last notch. Bob moaned in delight as his belt snapped and his gut flew out. He walked to the bathroom, his footfalls heavy with power, as he went to the scale. 300 pounds?! He then proceeded to measure his waist, which was now 45 inches. He moaned in delight as he found his hands roaming his new fatty, but muscular body. He realized he wanted more, more size, more everything.
