Shizune walked back in the room with an obese Sakura both pushing carts filled with high calorie food. "Oh my god, I didn't believe it at first but its true! Tsunade is skinny!" said Sakura with horror. "Yes we must make sure no one else sees her until we fatten her up." said Shizune grabbing a burger and putting it up to Tsunade's face."Get that greasy thing away from me" Tsunade said. "Sakura grab her." said Shizune "Now its for your own good my lady i mean you've gotten so skinny your breasts are only as big as mine now." Sakura said with her fat soft arms around Tsunade as she sunk into Sakura's fat belly. Shizune than began stuffing Tsunade feeding her the fattest things in the village. As Shizune feed Tsunade Sakura could feel Tsunade getting fatter as she held her, Tsunade's belly was softening and bulging, her thighs and ass were widening and pushing into Sakura's belly, her arms were beginning to hang with shaking fat, and her boobs were growing and growing. Even though Tsunade struggled the two fat ninja girls fatten her up to 500pounds.
