The virtual reality world was rather dull, you thought as you looked around at what appeared to be a green latticework under your feet that stretched off into a white infinity in every direction. Looking up, you could see something identical for the ceiling.

"Okay, this is virtual reality, Amy," you started, "but I'm not having fun right now... Amy?"

Amy... was nowhere to be found.

"Can you hear me? Either of you?" came Researcher MacDugald's voice. "If you can, then good. I can't hear you, so shut up and pay attention. It seems there was an error in the coordination program. The two of you are technically in the same virtual reality, but your positions are different. The two of you are going to have to find each other. Okay, Admin Out.”

Well, that sucked. How were you supposed to find Amy on an endless green plain?
