"You make a cute mouse," you say, causing Yumi's face to beam. "But if you're the mouse, who is going to be the cat?"
"Hmmm, well, I still think I would have done a good job if you had actually put forth some effort," Yumi says. "So I guess I'll do it!"
"Huh?" you say as you notice a large form flickering into existence behind your mousy girlfriend. Once this new figure solidifies, you realize that it's a perfect copy of Yumi in her earlier catgirl guise at normal size!
"You heard me!" the newly-minted cat-Yumi responds as you stare up at her in confusion. "I'll do it!"
"She's an AI-controlled clone of me," Yumi says as she walks next to you, drawing your attention back down from her giant feline doppelganger. "Her behavior is patterned after mine so it will be like I'm chasing me."
"I... okay," you sputter as you look back to AI-Yumi. "Um, you're not... cheating at this, are you?"
"What?" Yumi says. "Of course not! Tom, I promise you that I'm not going to have any idea where she is while the game is afoot, and vice versa."
"Yeah, there's no mental link between the two of us currently," AI-Yumi says.
"Well, I guess I'll have to trust you on that, Yumis" you say as AI-Yumi walks over to the couch.
"Like I said, I want to have fun as the mouse!" actual Yumi says to you. "It's no fun if either of us knows where the other is."
"Does she have access to your admin powers?" you ask.
"No, that's still all under my control," she answers as her enlarged copy faces the two of you. "All she knows is how to play this game."
"Right," AI-Yumi says as she sits on the couch and points at you. "And I trust you remember how to play as well?"
You nod affirmatively, recalling that you and Yumi have 15 minutes to hide before the catgirl awakens and goes on the prowl, at which point you'll have to avoid her for another 15 minutes if you want to be the winner.
"Good," AI-Yumi says as she yawns and curls up much like the real Yumi did earlier. "Your head start begins now."
The purring from AI-Yumi indicates that she's asleep, meaning that you and Yumi had better hurry up and find a spot to hide. You turn to Yumi to ask for advice about where to go; after all, she did make this mansion. You find that Yumi has...
