The fart intensifies

You, think that was it, but then her stomach groans very loud, and Mrs. S looks visually uncomfortable. She groans very loudly and starts releasing many farts. They don't stop coming and you see your belly start to grow a bit if a bump. She keeps farting, and your belly keeps growing until you have a very decent sized bloated gut. She stops for the moment and you think your safe. But then she turns and smirks. "Oh I'm not done with you yet, this is just the beginning."
