Sinking into her seat, Grace settled in for an hour of fun Java theory. While theory wasn't her greatest topic, that being reserved for actual physical coding, she could see the need for it. Pulling her notebook and a pen from her bag, she flipped to a new page, scribbled down the date and topic name and looked towards the board.
However, about ten seconds later, her gaze, normally unflinching, started from the board. She scanned the rest of her class, the majority of them taking notes. The rest, herself included, seemed to be gazing around the room. A few wore looks of boredom, while others had confusion etched into their faces.

Grace's internal monologue was interrupted when the door swing open, revealing a rather handsome guy. His brown hair was swept over one eye, covering it from view. His shirt, baggy around the torso but tight around the arms, showed off his chiselled biceps.
I bet he's got a brilliant sixpack... Grace thought as he marched down to the front of the room. And he's in this class? How have I never noticed him before now?! He's, like, the hottest guy ever!
"Ms Davidson!"
Hearing her name, Grace looked up at her lecturer.
"Yes?"
Ripples of laughter echoed throughout the class as a smirk appeared on Mr Alexander's face.
"Please pay attention in the future. Now..."
As he continued with the lesson, Grace returned to her own activity. She gazed longingly at the back of her target's head, letting out a gentle sigh.
I wonder if he's got a girlfriend? A guy like him... Yeah, he's probably got one. I wonder if it's a stable relationship? Could I maybe... What am I thinking?!
Grace snapped herself out of her dark thoughts, looking around the class. Blinking a few times, she refocused on the board, but found her gaze straying once again.
I bet he's the kinda guy to be fiercely loyal to his girlfriend, she thought, reaching up and twirling a strand of her hair. But maybe the girlfriend isn't loyal to him... I bet a pair of boxers in her room would soon put an end to anything between them. And then, when he's heart-broken and crying, I swoop in, providing a shoulder for him...
The thought of him, leaning on her shoulder and crying, made her feel... hot... inside. She giggled quietly, imagining the crying turning into hugging, which turned into a gentle kiss on the cheek, which quickly turned into a full-on make-out session, which turned into...
The bell rung, cutting her thought short. She looked at the clock, surprised at the speed at which the class had passed at. It seemed like they had only started about five minutes ago. Staring down at her notebook, which had the date and something about loops, Grace shrugged and shoved everything into her bag.
Jumping to her feet and slinging her bag over her shoulder, Grace headed for the door. She hoped that he hadn't left yet...
