"No, no. I'm not where I think I am...." Ash said to himself. "I mean, that would be just crazy right? There's no way in hell I'm in a giant shoe. This has to be a mistake."
Ash looked up though the opening in the ceiling and saw blue Sky above him, If he hadn't also noticed the Bench towering above him and the large blades of grass that were just visible above the mouth of the sneaker he would've thought he had somehow ended up on the set of the "Honey I shrunk the Kids" Remake. Listening he could hear voices echoing in the distance, the sounds of splashing like the roar of a stormy sea crashing against the side of a cliff.
"Okay, now I believed it. I'm in a huge sneaker. Or maybe the sneaker is normal size and I'm incredibly small".
Well no time to think about that, He had to find a way out. Ash did not want to meet up with whoever or whatever was big enough to wear it, at the same time he didn't particularly like his odds once he got out of the sneaker either. The more he looked though the more he came to the conclusion that the only way out was through the mouth of the sneaker. And that was way out of reach. There wasn't even a loose thread to climb up. He swore in Frustration
Then he felt the first vibration.
Faint at first, but then grew in strength. Soon the vibrations were accompanied by muffled thuds that grew louder as the vibrations intensified. Ash looked skywards, the vibrations traveling through his body. His Jaw hit his chest as an enormous being came into view. He easily recognized the being from a cartoon used watched, but this was no cartoon the person towering above him flesh and blood.
