He wakes up and nothing has changed at all

Adam woke up in a cold sweat as he looked around to secure his surroundings. He let out a nice deep sigh of relief realizing it was all just a silly dream, nothing to worry about.

Getting up he went to the bathroom and splashed some cold water on his face. He had never had a dream feel so real before it was rather unerving.

It took Adam a second as he woke up slowly to realize something was wrong with his reflection...

Staring back at him was not the same face he has seen all his life but one of a girl! Not just any girl either. She was hot!

“I must be hallucinating...” Adam said to himself as every action he took the girl in the mirror mimicked.
