After a fair bit of thought, Cindy decided to shrink herself down so that she could hide among the people of this planet.
At first she hesitated a little, as when she was growing up her people had always drilled into her a fierce sense of pride, a belief that she was superior to all other life in the universe. She was a member of the one ultimate species and so to reduce herself to the level of another inferior species, much less one as pathetic as humans, was something that her pride just couldn't get over.
Cindy immediately shoved her hesitant feelings aside, however, quickly realizing that this was an emergency situation and that her life was was far more important than her pride. Swallowing her pride, she began chanting a spell that would cause her to shrink. A light glowed around her and she started to shrink down to 6'1".
Once the light faded away, Cindy looked around and saw that there was a crowd of people beginning to form around her. She quickly ran through the streets for a few minutes until she was sure that she had escaped the eyes of her observers. Once she turned down a dark alley, she paused to reexamine her situation.
"I need better view..." Cindy said.
She squatted, putting strength on her legs and jumped very high so fast the people didn't noticed it. She then reached the top and landed on the ceiling then turned around. She Observed the city as it was truly a big metro-police in her height. She then quickly brainstormed on how to integrate into this society so she could hide from the pursuers.
"Lets see... I'll have to temporarily seal my powers so those bastards at the HQ won't detect me with a scan." Cindy said, "And then I have to find a place to live." Cindy spoke to herself.
She then took out her communicator and dialed some numbers. Moment later, a hologram of female in good cloth appeared. Her name was Jeanne, Cindy's intelligent partner. She always gave her advice, done the plans through digitally and such. Jeanne smiled and bowed to Cindy.
"I'm glad to see you, master." Jeanne said, "Are you safe now?"
"For now, yes." Cindy replied, knowing that she was aware of situation. "I'm in the planet earth. Can you scan the area and tell me where I am?"
Jeanne looked back and observed the area. Moment later, she turned back with continued smile.
