Mt. Sunset’s peak laid bare; atop one of the highest mountains. It rested on an island, large enough to hold a small country. In addition to a few villages, a couple of forest ran through streams and river, Mt Sunset also held a relatively large town, with a couple dozens of thousands of inhabitants, and one of the largest, most well-preserved and yet modern castle in Asia.
Sunsetters themselves were basically Japanese in both looks and culture. They held great defiance to the “mainlanders”, mostly because of a souvenir of World War II, and the terrible occupation they brought along when the war started. However, most of them were very wealthy, because of loose banking law that brought many Japanese (and others) corporations into the country to do… let’s say, business. That, and tourism made the island very peaceful and wealthy.
The Imperial family was however still ruling. While it dealt with an elected prime minister for most daily affairs, the monarchy was still in power on Mount Sunset. Not that anyone complained, or wanted a system change of any sorts. After all, the overwhelming majority of inhabitants was well off and the imperial family had a tradition of benevolence to those that were not, and the reputation for honesty and balancing traditions with modernism.
The only problems were in difficult and tense relations between the island and Japan. Japan still claimed it as a territory, mostly because they didn’t like those corporations doing banking so close from their shore and yet so far from their taxes. There was also a bit of old imperialism left for some, and the constant reminding of atrocities commited during the war annoyed more than one. But, by balancing tradition and modernity so well, they also had the approval of many in the mainland (or main Islands) population.
An instance of such modernity was in the inheritance to the throne. The current aging emperor, Yoshimoto, had married late, mostly because he had never found a woman after his taste. Everyone expected his wild nephew to inherit the throne. But the Emperor finally found love, and had only one child; a daughter. As his reign was coming to a sunset (no puns intended), he changed the constitution to allow a woman to take the throne, a move that stunned many in Mount Sunset and abroad, then named his daughter sole heiress of the Imperial throne, and gave her the title of princess.
By the way, before our story goes any further, what was the girl’s name?
Name: Mariko
Weight: 110 pounds
Age: 15
Personality: She is quite the cultivated woman, knowing much about the world, politics, economics, philosophy, history, music, fine arts, tea ceremony, traditional Japanese culture and so on. She’s also charismatic: no foreign dignitaries has ever left a meeting with her without being charmed by her knowledge and her wits. She also has a great sense of humor. Many think that she will make a fine leader; one that has not been seen in generations… a thought that worries the neighbours.
Body: She’s very, very thin. She barely has any breast, but like to keeps her hair very long. She dresses well, in tight outfits and dresses; in a sense she dresses mostly in western clothes, except for major ceremonial instances. Her face however makes her look older, and makes her drop-dead gorgeous.
Name: Hamako
Age: 17

Age: 14

She is in fact well aware of the gravitas of her duties; rule a country, marry, bear children. She also is very isolated, has no friends to speak of. Perhaps a friend (or more) could lighten her mood?
Body: She does eat a little more than a girl of her age should; she shows some curve, has already a small potbelly and the beginning of a butt. She dresses in traditional outfits (kimono, silk dresses) that have been made less formal, more convenient and easier to wear. It is rather loose on her though.
Name: Kichi
Age: 16
Weight: 120
Personality: Kichi is the ultimate spoilt brat. Many are more worried now that she has been made heiress; she spends half her time in Tokyo, with her clique, the rest in adventures elsewhere than in her homeland. She knows nothing of how to rule or etiquette. She is also selfish and narcissistic, so people are worried that she will not uphold the tradition of benevolence. Maybe her father could get a good tuitor?
Body: She has a drop-dead gorgeous is not afraid of showing it off. Great breasts, a well-formed butt, no stomach to speak of. She dresses to show off her “assets”
