His sandals

Naruto continued walking down the street but he began to notice a strange clack clack noise. Looking around four the sound he couldn't find anything out of the ordinary but the noise sounded like it was following him. Naruto being the idiot he is never noticed that his shinobi sandals had darkened from there regular blue color to a dark red, or that the soles had turned from rubber to wood and gained two strips of wood for his feet to balance on. Naruto never even noticed when the excess cloth started to crumble to dust leavind behind just a thong to keep his shoes on. Suprisingly Naruto was able to walk in his new geta sandals or maybe that was just a side effect of the jutsu.
