He turns into a blonde sakura

Pulling at the hem of his new red skirt, Naruto takes off in a rush to Tsunade as he fears that the transformation isn't finished yet. As he runs, naruto feels his body begin to change as his hips widen slightly and his penis recedes eliciting a moan out of Naruto. "That felt so good, I kinda want it to continue." Naruto thinks to himself accepting the transformation. Naruto gets his wish as his waist shrinks and small a-cup breast form on his changing chest filling out the training bra that formed during the previous clothing transformation.

"Its soo good, I need more," Naruto cries out as his shoulders shrink inwards and his arms slim leaving him Sakura's body below the head. As Naruto comes down from the initial high of transforming, an overwhelming feeling of pleasure hits Naruto as he falls to his knees, holding his face with two now dainty hands, Naruto can feel his face change as his jaw narrows and eyes widen. His nose shrinks slightly as Naruto's finally finishes turning Into Sakura. Next, Naruto's hair looses its spikeyness as it falls flat and styles itself in Sakura's Hair style, causing Naruto's forehead protect to slide back into a working hairband.

Catching her new reflection in a nearby window, Naruto squeals with joy. "I look like Sakura, hmm something is missing though." Naruto thinks to herself
