He made his way over to do a deadlift, loading the plates up with his PB, 55kg. He lifted it with relative ease, thanks to his recent enhancements. He repped it out for ten, and then doubled the plates. He did 30 reps on that, before dropping the bar with a thud. His arms had grown even bigger, alongside his chest and his quads.
He sauntered over to a pull-up bar. He had only ever tried weighted pull-ups once before, with a 5kg plate. He strapped that weight around his waist and pulled himself up. He only just managed the first two reps, but his form on the third was better and the reps began to grow easier and easier. As he moved up and down furiously on the bar, the fat melted from his midriff, and a shredded six-pack took its place. He dropped, strapping a 20 around his waist and continuing the exercise as his arms swelled, his back grew and widened and his six-pack and obliques became unbelievably shredded.
Dylan walked over to the treadmill, still not tired even after two hours of vigorous exercise. His muscles had all swollen further, and he was a couple of inches taller. He always rounded off these sessions with cardio, and he approached the treadmill. He started off at 15km/pH but finding that too easy after a couple of minutes, he gradually increased the speed until he was running at 30km. An hour went by, but it just kept getting easier as his heart and lungs became more and more efficient, and his calves and quads became stronger and bigger. He finally stopped and decided enough was enough. The hazy cloud in his head finally lifted, and he approached one of the mirrors. The sight shocked him.
He flexed his arm, and he watched it grow to at least 5 or 6 inches more than its original 10. It was shredded as well, and veins ran along the mound. A large tricep circled around the back of his arm. He pulled a most muscular pose, and his lats and pecs flared out, busting his tank top which fell to the ground. His pecs were thick and meaty, and led down to a waist that was much slimmer than before, and obliques that framed a lovely set of abs. His body fat must have dropped to about 15, from its previous above 20 marking. His legs were thick with ropy muscle, and corded too. He turned around, looking back into the mirror and admiring his lean back and shredded glutes. This was amazing. And He was home alone for the next week, with Justin staying with Jerome. He grinned. If he wasn’t dreaming, this would be a fun week. He could already picture in his head where he had seen Justin leave the gun.
