A drunk man bumps into Sheriff Richards...

"No, you are fixing it today. Either you fix it or I come out with an inspector and land you with a fine!" Sheriff Richards puffed out his pot belly to intimidate Henry. But both of them were big. Simply expanding his belly didn't phase Henry one bit. But he played along.
"Fine I'll do it today"
Sheriff Richards smiled, "Good boy!'
As Sheriff Richards turned, a rather old but drunk looking man bumped into him.
“Offf! Hey there Bob! Watch it!”
Bob’s cheeks were redder than the sun, “Yeah…well, you watch your attitude there Rich! I may be old, but I could whop ya if I was 20 years younger….hey Henry!” Bob said slurring his speech as he sat at the front. Larry handed Bob some water to drink, which he gladly too
“Owww….I drank too much…”
Henry laughed, “And why? It’s just Friday”
Bob smiled mischeviously, “Once I settle down, I’ll show ya….”
“Show what Bob?” asked Richards
