As the deer approached you noticed it was quite big for a deer. Not huge but definitely a larger deer. It stopped feet from you. You open your palm and offer it to the deer. It sniffs your hand and gently nudges it before giving it a quick lick. The deer steps forward again to lick your palm. Its tongue is rough, but soft and warm. The tongue tickles your palm and fingers as it glides over. Next the deer
