A dangerous crush game!

"Lets make a bet" Christina suggested. "First one to crush jack underfoot wins, and the loser gets shrunk". Jack was mortified. They were actually gambling their size over who could kill him first. "You're on!" Beverly said. "Im going to squish both of you under these feet!" Beverly lifted her bare sole in the air, as if to mock Christina. Before Jack could take in what was going on, Beverly slammed her bare sole onto the table. Did Jack get squished?
