a female frog version of himself

Keroro just looks at his card with confusion. It isn't until he finds a tail growing out of him that he realizes that something is fishy. He turns his head to find that he has somehow regrown his tadpole tail from his youth, but the tail looks different this time around somehow. He suspects that the white on his face must also be raising, also like in his youth. He takes out a hand-held mirror from nowhere to see what just happened; what he finds in his reflection, though, is not what he expected. Rather than looking like the little tadpole he once was, he somehow looks like a full-grown female of his species. He looks down his figure, which has turned more feminine, and his new anatomy for the truth to stick in his head.
"Gero! Why am I a girl?" Keroro yells hysterically. She never would have guessed that the game would do this to her; only Kururu knew, beforehand, how the game works, since he is the one who created the game. Which group of players will try to comfort the feminized sergeant?
