Adam -- A thin, pale, slightly nerdy guy. He has a major crush on Abi, but he's definitely been friend zoned by your sister

Ellen -- One of Abi's fellow baristas at the coffee shop that your sister works part time at, everyone calls Ellen the human energizer rabbit

John -- Your sister's lab partner, John and Abi flirt with each other but have not gone on an actual date,,,yet

Ophelia -- Your sister's best friend since elementary school

Vernon -- Not really your sister's friend (though they are friendly with each other), Vernon is a graduate student and a professor's assistant for one of Abi's classes
