Ecchiluv felt that he had to do more for Ash, and after a quick visit to Celibi to see how Ash interacted with various legendaries he knew just the way to do it. What Ash truly needed was a way to protect himself without having to rely on his Pokemon, as in many of his encounters he was in mortal danger and sometimes even died and only through Arceus' intervention in subtle ways survived through loopholes or ridiculous things happening. Like when he was turned to stone after being caught in the blast between Mew and Mew-two, Arceus reversed the transformation not some Pokemon tears. That would just be silly.

So the best way for Ash to be able to protect himself was to turn him into a Pokemon, but not a regular old one as that would ruin his dream of becoming a Pokemon master. But rather like what Pikachu had been turned into, with some modifications of course. Ecchiluv despite the respect he felt for Ash still had a mischievous streak to him, and couldn't resist what he would make Ash's body into, sexuality perfected. Add to the fact that Ecchiluv was wanting to make the world more interesting why not make Ash the best of both genders, that way he could get the most use from his rewards.

However Ecchiluv wouldn't stop there and decided to give a few extra gifts so Ash's new ones wouldn't go to waste. First he filled Ash's mind with knowledge of sex and all things sexual. This allowed Ash to realize that each of his female traveling companions were interested in his, be it how they dressed like Dawn and how she kept flashing him her panties due to her incredibly short skirts, or Serena and how she always wanted to be with Ash and was willing to share a tent with him. Second he lowered Ash's inhibitions, he wouldn't go out wildly rapping anything that walked, but was more open to the thoughts and moments of sex. Thirdly anyone, Pokemon or human who had Ash's semen enter their body would turn into either a regular anthro or futanari Pokemon. And lastly he made it so that Ash produced a cloud of pheromones that would lower the inhibitions of the women around him and if they were in love with Ash, like his female companions, they would do anything to have sex with him.

With that in mind Ecchiluv focused on Ash and used his powers. A bright white light like that of a Pokemon evolving surrounded Ash, slowly Ash's body changed and became more femininely shaped as a large pair of lumps appeared that could only be breasts grew, his waist narrowed, and a long, thick tubular rod extended from his crotch as his ass and hips gained shape. As the light faded Ash was now a busty, well hung and overall beautiful...
