You walk over to the bar, grab an empty seat near the far edge and call over the bartender. "What can I get you tonight, sir?" he asks with a heavy New England accent as he walks over to you. "I'll take a tequila sunrise to start." you say as you lay a few bills down. "I also wanted to know about the VIP section the guy out front mentioned. Can you give me the details?" The bartender nods as he scoops up his pay and heads over to prepare your drink. "Right away sir, one moment."
A minute later he hands you your cocktail and a small piece of black paper with a golden border. "Normally, we only extend invites to regular customers, but you seem like the right type of company for our club so here's one on the house. You'll need a one time $10,000 entry fee and enough to cover monthly payments of $2000 if you wish to remain a member afterwards. If you need anything else just holler." With that he heads over to a man in a hat getting impatient for his whiskey sour to show up.
"Thanks, I might check this out." you call as he begins pouring a fresh drink. You take a nice long sip of your tequila sunrise and take a moment to unwind. "This place sounds expensive, but most places worth your time are these days... I've definitely got the cash to cover it." You kick back and take a few minutes to think it over.
