The white silky furs, the dark blue face, and the crescent blade on the right of its face......It's an Absol, the Disaster Pokemon!
You saw the 250 feet tall Pokemon approaching you and you feel a large thud as Absol placed his paw a few meters away from you. The Pokemon slowly focus his attention on the 'creature' he had discovered with his stern-looking eyes, lowering his head toward you. The Absol's sharp, red eyes focus on you with a piercing precision.
".Hmm...strange sight these days. The first time I saw a creature looking sort of like a human but yet so tiny. Interesting.", Absol commented.
"Umm, Absol! I am a human and you're probably here to cause......wait, you could talk....goodness, first I got shrunk and now, talking Pokemons!! What the hell is happening now?!", you exclaimed.
The Absol looked equally surprised, seemingly not expecting the bug-like thing before him to talk and identify itself as a human. From the look of his face, you can see that the Absol is in disbelief, perhaps shocked.
"Well.....that's new.", the Absol stuttered, "I never knew...that people could be this small in this forest."
"For your information, Absol, I was shrunk by unknown forces.", you said, "I have absolutely no idea what happened or how to get back to normal..........Hey, since you're a Pokemon from around here, do you know what happened to me?"
"....No....I haven't. This is the first time that I see this happens.", the Absol said frankly, "It may be some strange combination of psychic and bizarre forces that caused you to shrink so dramatically. Well, I think that there is a way for us to find a way to solve your current problem."
"Wait....You're.... helping me?", you asked, "I thought that encountering an Absol will bring bad luck upon you and more so when I'm in such small shape. At least that's what I heard the other trainers said in the cities."
The Absol slightly frowned and explained: "I'm no such thing.....It's one of those awful superstitions that you humans love to talk about. Those gossips about me are not true at all. It just that whenever I showed up at a place, there's always something bad going on.....Don't you think spreading rumors about someone else is kind of....strange and hurtful?"
From the way the Absol talked, you realized that you've hurt its feeling. Although the Pokemon's expression still look intimidating, you could tell from his eyes that you've said something very wrong.
You quickly apologize: "I'm sorry, Absol.... I didn't mean to hurt your feelings. It just that things happened so abruptly and my thoughts and composure just got a little rash from the shock. You know, being in a completely new environment makes you all panicky and ,in extreme cases, can make you lose your mind."
"That's alright. I understand your problem.", the Absol replied, "But for you to remain out here in this forest is quite dangerous. The terrains here aren't very welcoming and easy for creatures your size. Besides, you would make a good prey for the wild Pokemons around here."
"You're right.", you tell Absol, "But how are you going to help me and why should I trust you, because you're technically also a wild Pokemon?"
"I cannot bear to see a human in such trouble. I always feel like helping a human to shake off that stereotype about me being a harbinger of disasters.", the Absol said.
"Okay. If I were to believe you, how do you plan on helping me?
"Here's the deal, since it is too risky for you to be out here, I'll let you enter my body and make it your temporary home. You don't have to worry the food and water, those will be provided to you. And you don't have to worry about digestion in the stomach, my body cannot process humans.", the Absol tells you.
You're still a bit skeptical about Absol's claim. But the way the Pokemon talked to you and the signs of genuine intention on his face partially erased your doubt. It also occurred to you that if Absol was bent on eating you, he would have already done so without hesitation. So you gathered your courage and replied....
".mmmm........That sounds good enough.", you said, remembering about a fantasy you've held a long time ago about being eaten by Pokemons and living inside them; that dream is about to become your new reality.
"Everything's ready right now and you're good to go at any time.", the Absol said enthusiastically, "Come on... go in, there's no need to be afraid."
