Chapter #3

Triple Trouble

"What's that, Justin?"

You rub your eyes again, and see that one of the boys had just awoke, and is now sitting up and looking at you. You rack your brains trying to come up with this one's name, finally realizing it's Scott, the oldest of the three (by a few minutes). His eyes still droop a little with sleep, but he is quickly getting his energy back. You look at him for a few seconds, trying to make up your mind if whether or not he actually did grow in his sleep like you thought you were seeing. You decide that, sure enough, he's at least three or four inches bigger than he was before. "Uh, nothing," you finally mumble, turning your attention to the other two, who are also starting to stir.

Micah sits up next, the youngest triplet and the only one of the three who wears glasses,Micah which he had taken off while asleep but now puts back on. "Hey, he says, looking at Scott, "what's going on? What happened while we were asleep?"

"I-I think we grew!" Scott looks down at his shirt, which, like Micah's, is now tighter than before, revealing an inch's width of bare stomach underneath.

"Really?!" Micah seems to get really excited at this thought.

"Errggh!" Daniel, the third boy is now finally awake. "That wasn't very comfortable." You look at him and see the imprints of the carpet are still on the side of his face where he slept.

"Hey, stand up!" Scott tells his other two brothers. They follow his lead, and they all measure themselves to each other, still virtually equal in height. "You come here too, Justin!" Scott motions. Shrugging, you step over to them, and notice that their heads now come up to your chest, whereas before they were closer to your stomach.

"We ARE bigger!" Micah beams. "I wonder how that happened?"

You're wondering that yourself. Three or four inches isn't a huge deal, you figure, but you bet their parents will be asking--

"WhoooOOOAA!" Scott yells as he sticks out his arms, looking like he's about to fall over. "I feel WEIRD!" You look at him with concern, stepping closer to make sure he doesn't pass out or anything. After a second, though, you realize that he's actually getting bigger again! His body is inching upwards, coming closer to your height, as his clothes become tighter and tighter, the cuff of his pants now high above his ankles and his shirt starting to split at the seams.

As he stops growing, now only a few inches shorter than you, he looks around the room in amazement. "I don't know what's happening," he says, "but it's AWESOME!"

You step back from him. "I'm not so sure about that, Scott," you say. "I mean, your clothes are about to burst, and--"

"HeeeeEEEYY!" Daniel yells now. "I feel all tingly!"

"That's what I felt too!" Scott beams with pride. "You're about to get bigger!"

As soon as the words leave Scott's lips, Daniel begins to shoot up, seemingly at a quicker pace than Scott. Within a few seconds, he's overtaken him as the biggest triplet, and you hear the sound of a loud RIIIIPPPPP. Turning around, Daniel notices that his shorts have ripped down the back, revealing red underwear beneath them. He blushes, partially embarrassed. His t-shirt also is starting to tear, and it's showing his entire lean, fit stomach, only coming halfway down his torso.

By the time he's done growing, Daniel's a few inches taller than you are! "All right!" He pumps his fists in excitement. "Now I'm the biggest!"

Your jaw drops. An eight-year-old kid over six feet tall?! Impossible. Shaking your head, you try to convince yourself you're in a dream, and all you have to do is to wake up from it. You quickly find that this isn't a dream, though, and there's no way for you to leave.

"No fair!" Micah whines as his brothers are comparing their new large sizes. "When am I going to get my turn? Why do I have to be the shor-- URK!" He gulps, and you turn and see his body starting to vibrate. "Here it comes!" he cries out. "It's about time!"

His body nearly explodes with growth, as his clothes quickly get to the point of shredding, and more and more of him come into existence. He leaves Scott in the dust, quickly approaching and then passing your height, and then Daniel's. His shirt and pants loudly rip apart, falling to the floor at his feet, leaving him in a tight-looking pair of boxers, which are strained but seem to be growing at least a little with him, barely keeping the boy clothed.

He passes seven feet, but his growth shows no signs of stopping there. What's more, in addition to getting taller and bigger proportionally, his body seems to be developing muscle in places no eight-year-old boy should have. His chest and abs firm up slightly, and his arms and legs become thicker, with rounded biceps and thigh muscles.

By the time he's stops growing, he's over eight feet tall, and he has a stunning swimmer's build. His boxers somehow have survived, but they are straining to keep all of the growing boy inside of them.

"WHOA!" both Scott and Daniel say in unison, whistling at their bigger brother's amazing transformation. They don't look jealous, exactly, but they're definitely impressed by what they see, and now look up to Micah as the obvious leader of the group. For his part, Micah is beaming with pride, posing and flexing to show off his amazing body.

As the boys continue to ooo and ahhh over themselves, you quietly begin to step out of the room, heading towards the door. You don't know what to think about what happened, other than it's completely crazy and insane, but you have to do something, call somebody-- but who? Their parents? The police?

Before you get to the phone, though, Micah notices you trying to sneak away. "Wait, Justin!" He calls out with a grin. "You can't go just yet!"

"Uhhh..." you gulp, afraid of exactly what he means by that. "Why not?"

"Because," he says as the other boys stand beside him in support...
