A nurse in a hospital filled with the infected.

The nurse fled with a shriek from the private patients' room. In floods of tears, she raced past the nurses station, and headed into an empty room. Doctor Sanderson followed, as a nurse headed the opposite direction towards the abandoned patient's room.

Opening the door, Doctor Sanderson was greeted with a wail, "I'm... I'm infected..."

Nurse Gibbs ripped open her uniform revealing her body to Doctor Sandra Sanderson.

She tried to comfort the distraught nurse, looking with a detached but professional air, at nurse Gibbs. A twinge of jealousy was quickly buried, Greta Gibbs was blessed with a full, firm bust.

"I'm bigger..." she sobbed, drawing deep gulps of air into her lungs it was hard for the doctor to be sure.

"I'm bigger... it's the first sign." she said, on a second attempt. The doctor knew the first sign of cartoonification was exaggeration, and Gibbs was already blessed. But neither woman could miss, as Greta's torso flexed, and surged forward.

Heading from the generous, but still human dimensions, into a more cartoonish sphere.

Doctor Sanderson was struggling to find something to tell the infected nurse. Given the ward they were both on, the diagnosis didn't need a doctor.

Greta flickered briefly into her cartoon form, before flashing back.

It was painfully clear that she'd been severely infected. As moments later, another surge of growth startled them both.

Sandra felt pity for the doomed nurse, cursed with breasts as big as her head, her toon fate was certain.

She flickered once more, this time only her eyes remained human, silently pleading for some miracle cure.

They vanished in a blink, from one moment to the next her eyes were replaced with anime eyes. Wide, expressive, and far too large, her lips were a cartoon cupid bow, and she giggled. The world had gained another 'sexy cartoon nurse'.
