You're not entirely certain what is actually contained in the bottle - the paper wrapping has been faded by age and you can only make out a few letters here and there. Deciding caution is probably your friend, you pocket the pills again.

Suddenly, you hear a commotion outside: the crash of breaking glass and some escalating voices... it sounds bad. With your head still throbbing you're not sure you should get involved, but at the same time, it's fucking loud and making your headache worse. After a moment of indecision
