Complicated Predicament

Before you can even turn your television on, your body starts to have a very strange tingly under your skin feeling spread throughout it. You notice your clothes begin to feel very loose and heavy. Everything in your room is growing and expanding! You realize that you are shrinking! You watch as everything gets bigger and bigger, your clothes are starting to slip off of you. You rip off the clothing, knowing that if you don't do it now while you have the size and the strength, it will probably smother you!
You were completely naked and still shrinking, by now you were under the height of your nearby dresser. You collapsed to the ground very soon, between the headaches, tingly feeling and the shock; you pass out on your bedroom floor.
A few minutes later you wake up except it was like you were in a whole new world. You were surrounded amongst a jungle of tree-sized tan strands of fabric. You climbed up one of these strands until you reached the frayed surface on top. From up here you realized that you were on top of a single carpet strand out of the millions throughout the house. You could see the items of your bedroom like your dresser and bed, tower like gigantic buildings. The ceiling was like a sky, seemingly several miles above.
"Shit, this is crazy", you say aloud, "I'm going need to get someone's help." You think that it shouldn't be that big of a problem but then you remember that your mom and older sister both think you are on that field trip still! It would already be hard enough to get their attention at this size but when they aren't expect to see you for next three days? Things are a little more complicated.
You need to figure out your next move. What will that be?
