It was a calm and peaceful morning at Swirls. 6:30am was the beginning of breakfast time for the candy cane decorated establishment. And the early birds were always greeted with warm smiles from the friendly staff and for twenty three dollars, a hot meal and drink before work.
Among the early birds that fateful morning were loving couples who worked or lived nearby.
Heather and Brett were nerdy and introverted, but intimate and loving. They were always wrapped up and cosy in Pyjamas that could almost pass for ray clothes. Coming to the coffee shop was usually their main outing.
Heather had long black hair and thick glasses. Her milky white skin would remind you of tales of Snow White. Brett was an average chap with curly blond hair and slight stubble on his chin. Both of them were in their early thirties.
Another couple having their coffee that morning were Mimi and Peter. Mimi was a young Japanese woman exploring America. She and Peter were in a long distance relationship for along time and they are finally enjoying being together. Peter works at the local news station but only as a junior. He had brown hair and was an average build.
They were not the only couple either. Two kind and caring lesbians sat in a both enjoying each other’s company. Gina and Lesley both worked at the university as instructors. Gina had light brown chocolate like skin with straight long black hair. And Lesley was a bleach blond Swedish lady with deep blue eyes.
