Earth back in the 800's. Over a hundred million "humans" inhabited the plane. It was more populace then most. If a human followed the virtues as mandated by the angels their souls were used as fuel to empower heaven. In addition some of them could ascend into angelic beings themselves thereby bolstering the armies of heaven.
Lilith was going to change all of that. Because Earth was well behind enemy lines a frontal assault could prove costly. Instead she decided to use stealth. There were always sorcerers who tried to summon creatures from Hell to do their bidding. The next one that attempted to do so would be in for a surprise when the Succubus Queen herself came through!
Lilith prepared the rituals made ready to enter Earth. Once she was there she could summon her handmaidens. Hopefully without the angels being any wiser. Once her elite guard were in they would harvest power and finally with enough souls harvested they would rip open the fabric between Hell and the world and let her demonic foot soldiers come pouring through.
Lilith's body tingled as she heard the call of a magic user on earth. Smiling she closed her gorgeous eyes and opened them on earth.
The Succubus Queen was very wise but there are many possibilities when magic such as this is used. Her plan could go as intended and she could enter in with her full power, easily able to handle the sorcerer and summon her handmaids.
But... it was also possible she could arrive and not have her full power. In that case she would have collect the power herself from the souls of mortal men. While she did this she could be vulnerable.... even slain. Though if she were slain she would eventually reform herself in Hell but that could take centuries and this would set back her agenda perhaps permanently.
As a final alternative she could arrive as planned but immediately be attacked by guardian angels. Such a battle could be dangerous since presumably there would be many, many angels against her.
