It’s GROWTH TIME BABY

As she swallows the pills her body would immediately rumble and groan intensly all the while Anna was excited for her next growth spurt!
"Let it rip already!" She yelled as her body then EXPLODED in size, in just a few seconds her body outgrew the entire solar system, another few seconds her body outgrew the milky way and soon after her body would increase in growth speed and grow exponentially faster which caused her to eclipse entire galaxies in only 10 seconds! All the while she was panting and screaming "Bigger! I'm not big enough!"
Her body would rumble and continue to grow her faster and faster until she was the biggest thing in the universe, as for the universe she outgrew it very fast and into the multiverse where her body grew and engulfed many universes!
"Ahahaha!~ this is amazing!~ bigger!~"
