Eat first and use later.

Charles decided to do what he liked doing best, eat a huge meal. He found eating to be a pleasant distraction and had got into it more though out his marriage. Unfortunately, all this eating now showed on his gut, much to the disappointment of his wife, who now mainly ignored him in the bedroom because of it. Whereas, Charles had been the stud of the family, now his son Adam was. It did not help that as his belly grew, construction jobs became less frequent for Charles which created a vicious circle of less exercise & more time for eating.

So Charles started eating. Half-way through, staring at the bottle, he decided to rub some of the ointment on his chest. Mainly, he did this out of boredom. He also put some on his arms. No sooner had he done so, when he lost his appetite & felt full of testosterone. He had to do some manly right now. He was full of energy & had to move that body.
