You're in a room and see three other women ...

One of the women speaks to the woman holding you.

“Officer Martinez, this is an intelligence matter. We all know that the CIA and NSA handle foreign intelligence but domestic intelligence is a FBI matter. Quite frankly, I don’t know what’s going on but the higher ups at FBI should find a solution. In the meantime, we need to make this cutie be safe and feel safe. Martinez, place your hand next to mine.”

Her hand shook as you stood on its palm.

“Sir, this is Lt. Elizabeth Smith. Can you please climb onto my palm?”

“Yes, ma’am.” After you do so, she asks your name which you give.

“Girls,” Lt. Smith says, “this is a confidential investigation. Do not tell the public until authorized.”

“Yes, ma’am!” They say, then Officer Martinez adds, “Will he be OK?”

“I’ll keep all of you updated when relevant information appears. In the meantime, I’m taking charge of this personally. This is above your pay grades!” And with that, she went to her office and locked the door. Setting you on her desktop, she offers a concerned smile.

“Let me take care of you.” She soon provides food, a bottlecap of water and a cotton ball for a bed.

“Now let’s see if we can call the Director of the FBI.”

She uses a secure line to start a Zoom session with a bored FBI agent. “What is it, Lt. Smith?”

“Sir, tell the agent on the screen about what happened.”

You do so, with inconvenient interruptions as she processes that you’re real and not a doll.

“So you see, I need to talk to the Director, FBI, about this shrinking victim. I don’t even know how a person ends up shrunk!” Lt. Smith concludes.
