Bill looked inside and saw various things lipstick, a small book, a phone (dead but he has a charger for it at home), several pens and pencils and a wallet containing five twenty's, four ones and a five.
"I'll just take this home and charge the phone call the persons friend and give it to them when I get home." He thought out loud. and continued along his walk.
