"Grant," Dr. Provert whispers into the husband's ear. "You need to understand your wife, Tiffany, better, don't you?"
Grant nods in agreement.
"You need to understand her. In order to understand her. You must be more like her. Starting tonight, you will start dressing like her. Put on her underwear. In order to understand and appreciate what your wife has to go through, you must wear her bra and panties."
Then Provert leans close to Tiffany.
"You will not notice anything different about Grant. No matter what he does, it is part of his therapy and you will not stop him. In fact, you will encourage him."
