Provert increases their disinterest in each other

Employing a spinning spiral, Dr. Provert puts Grant and Tiffany in a strong hypnotic trance.
As the couple, sink into a deeper hypnotic trance, Dr. Provert decides that their transformation should be slow and deliberate.
"Grant, you will go home and search the Internet for gay bars. You will start to visit one of these bars every night on the way home. You are no longer interested in sports bars. In fact, they bore you. You will enjoy the setting of the gay bars and will even befriend patrons of the gay bars. Do you understand?"
Grant drops his head.
"Tiffany, you will now seek lesbian bars using the Internet. You will visit these establishments daily with great interest. Looking for decorating tips and fashion styles. Chat up the patrons. You will find them quite interesting and persuasive in their suggestions. Sports bars for you will take on a new fascination as well. But you will only go to a sports bar with someone you meet at a lesbian bar. You feel safer that way. Understand?"
Tiffany nods slightly.
Leaning back in the chair, Dr. Provert smiles and snaps his fingers. Grant's and Tiffany's eyes flutter open.
"How do you feel?"
Both smile weakly.
"I've given you both some homework to do. Separately right now. But it will bring you two closer," Provert lied.
Tiffany smiled, "That would be lovely."
Grant agreed," That will be awesome."
"Now you won't see any effects for a couple of weeks, so we can schedule an appointment then." the doctor grinned.
Grant and his wife stood and walked out the door.
