"Wait, what?" The absolute ridiculousness of her last statement causes your eyes to widen. Surely you misheard her, but the equipment she pushes forward only bolsters your first assumption. Staring at the medium sized compressor and the nozzle in her hoof you know exactly what's coming next. "Wait Pinkie, I'm not sure that's a good ide-"
"Oh Peachy, waiting is boring!" Despite your best efforts to dodge out of the way, your slightly swollen belly keeps you in place and the pink pony effortlessly pushes the nozzle into your mouth and flicks a switch on the pump.
"MHHMHHM!" Your words obviously go unheard or understood as the nozzle pushes a steady stream of air into your mouth causing your cheeks to puff out. The pressure in your mouth starts your eyes watering and you're not sure how much you can take.
"Peachie! you'll hurt yourself if you fight it, just swallow it. I've done this a bunch of times!" The pink pony smiles at you reassuringly.
With a massive gulp, you feel your throat open and the pressure in your mouth loosen. the air rushes into your belly causing a new type of pressure to rise. suddenly a wet hoof touches your swelling belly. Pinkie is rubbing some sort of lotion like substance all over your belly with a bright smile.
"Don't mind me! i have to rub this on you so you don't pop!"
The building pressure in your belly starts to ease and soon disappears completely just as your belly hits the size of bowling ball. The lotion sets in causing your skin to tingle slightly as it goes to work making your body more and more elastic. It's not an entirely unpleasant feeling, but nothing is normal about the situation you're in as you see your swollen belly get even larger.
"No fair, you have to spread the love!" Pinkie grabs your belly and squeezes tight.
"MMMHHH!" That pressure returns and shifts causing you to squirm slightly. Looking down you see your boobs previously filled with milk filling up once again, this time with the never ending supply of air from the nozzle in your mouth. The party pony holds her hooves firm on your belly and stares at your boobs as they swell up steadily giving your belly a run for its money.
Her head moves closer to your swelling boobs and gives them a tentative lick.
Oh sweet Celestia. You let out a soft moan as best as you can with the intruding metal in your mouth. Despite the weirdness of the situation you're in, it felt magnificent. Suddenly the air coming from the nozzle decreases dramatically and Pinkie removes her hooves from your body. looking at her eyes you see a mischievous smirk on her face. you wonder to yourself just what she could have in mind as your eyes travel down her pink perfect body. Once you see her rear hooves your eyes go wide. She's standing on the hose kinking it and trapping a bubble of air the size of a full grown pony inside!
"SURPRISE!"
She lifts her hoof off the hose allowing the bubble to move at an alarming pace. In desperation you squirm relentlessly as it reaches the nozzle.
GULP!
with one massive gulp the bubble starts down your throat and billows your belly outwards knocking a nearby table away!
PSHHHHHHHhhhhhhh
Much to your relief the air has stopped and Pinkie removes the nozzle from your mouth. you hear what must be her pushing the pump away to the corner of the room, but this is purely a guess since you can't see over your swollen belly. Eventually the pink pony returns to your side and starts pushing her hoof into your big belly feeling it give under her insistent presses.
"There we go! now you're my Peachie balloon! Now you can see just how much fun i have when i blow myself up too! Isn't this fun, Aren't you enjoying yourself?" The Precocious pony asks full of innocence and good will,
