You scream out for help, and you hear the nurse come running into to room. She gasps upon seeing you fill your diaper to such extremes.

"Miss Cream?!" She said. You simply had an embarrassed look on your face as your bowels emptied and your rear made the rudest noises. Nurse RedHeart simply stood by, there wasn't anything to do but wait for it to end. And after what seemed like eternity you stopped voiding your bowels.
