Here a two chapter of Transform on Husky and Makura.
Here two Transform: Slime person and Genies.

-Slime Husky.
Husky was capture by a lab person, and turn Husky into a Half-human, Half-+Anima, Half-Slime person. Husky escape the secret lab. Can husky find the way to return to normal or stuck like this forever?

-Genies Makura.
Makura was looking more +Anima to learn about it, when she saw a magic lamp. She pick it up and rub it and smoke come out of the Magic Lamp, Then Smoke grab Makura and pull her into a Magic Lamp and turn her into a genies. Can she turn her back to human or stuck like this forever?
