Option 1: Trigger gun - This ray gun would temporarily entrance the woman shot by it. The shooter would then have a brief period to install a trigger into the girl. Girls could have as many triggers as the shooter likes, and triggers can be modified or removed.
Option 2: Pet Collars - These collars are engraved with the names of specific animals. When worn, the girls will believe they are the animal their collar says. They will be completely beholden and loyal to the collar owner, and incredibly horny.
