As Twilight was holding the newly regressed baby Celestia against her, she was thinking about how she would get her back to normal. Suddenly, as she was holding her, the baby princess vanished into thin air. Twilight was immediately alerted at this, and stood up and started to look around the room, when just then, she felt an odd sensation in her stomach. It felt like several extra pounds was added onto her at once, as her legs wobbled and she tried to regain her footing. And as soon as the feeling had started, it stopped, and she was able to stand up well enough. Twilight was beginning to question what happened when she suddenly looked down at herself and got her answer.
Her belly was now large and rounded and she could feel something inside.
Twilight started to think over how this was possible. Surely it wasn't something she ate. Nothing could have automatically cause her to gain such weight all at once in a short amount of time. Besides, this didn't feel ANYTHING like a full stomach. At that point, she came to a conclusion that, quite frankly, creeped her out: "I'm pregnant with Princess Celestia," Twilight said quietly to herself, with a look of horrific realization on her face. Before she had time to react, however, she suddenly became overwhelmed with fatigue. Quickly, she climbed up onto the princess' bed in order to rest her body. She looked down at her pregnant belly, knowing that one of the regal sisters was lurking in there, now a tiny foal awaiting birth. This is really getting weird, Twilight thought to herself. As she thought of what to do, however...
