Option 1- Becky was the average anthro in this world, eating humans whenever she got the chance to, while keeping her job as a landlord for the apartment building she owned.

Option 2- Suzy was a freak science experiment gone wrong whenever the government mixed her dna with a Gator and turned her into the ten foot tall invincible monster she is today. She lives in the bayou, but is just starting her unkillable revenge by eating any human who crosses her.
